I'm Muhd Shaifol — a Product Design Lead and Manager based in Singapore with 14 years of experience building end-to-end digital products across IoT, eCommerce, Blockchain, HR tech, and B2B SaaS.
My background sits at the intersection of design and product management. I don't just design interfaces — I shape product strategy, align stakeholders, and build the design systems that teams can actually scale with. Whether I'm leading a team or working independently, my focus is always the same: make the right thing, make it well.
Over the past few years, AI has become a genuine force multiplier in how I work. I actively use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Claude Code across research synthesis, rapid prototyping, content generation, and design documentation. What used to take days now takes hours. This isn't about replacing craft — it's about removing friction between insight and execution so I can focus on the decisions that actually matter.

Designed the first digital licensing application portal for MAS — replacing a decade-old email and PDF process with a dual-audience dashboard for financial institutions and government officers.
Founding designer and PM for an AI travel planner — building ZEO, a conversational AI engine that lets users discover recommendations and create full itineraries through natural chat.
Led a team of 3 designers to redesign Bluemeg's platform — switching from a costly whitelabel model to a unified multi-tenant console, rebuilding KYC and onboarding flows from the ground up.
Founding designer for Singapore's community-powered bike shop directory — leading a remote team across Europe and Malaysia to design a searchable platform that helps riders find the right LBS for the right brand.
